To register, click on the "Register" tab on the upper portion of the website, create a profile for the website and follow the instructions you receive by email. Remember, registration is not considered complete until conference fees are paid in full.

Conference Fees

The fees for the conference are as follows:

Early Registration (Until April 11th)

Delegate Fee $85

Regular Registration (April 12th until July 12th)

School Fee $70

Delegate Fee $90

Late Registration (July 13th until September 30th)

School Fee $75

Delegate Fee $95

Schools may pay for the conference in one of two ways:

Please make out all checks to the "Georgetown International Relations Association, Inc." Checks addressed to any other entity will need to be reissued, potentially delaying delegate assignments.

Credit Card:

Payment by Credit Card will occur via Paypal invoice. Please note that there is an additional 4% charge to schools who opt to pay by this method due to administrative costs. To receive a Paypal invoice, please contact our Director of Delegate Affairs Rachel Farell at r.farell@modelun.org.

Refund Policy

Until July 12th: Full refund on delegate fees
July 13th-September 30th: 50% refund on delegate fees
After September 30th: No refund

Requests for refunds must be made to the Executive Director of the conference, Leah Dreyfuss, who may be reached at ncsced@modelun.org. If an entire delegation wishes to withdraw from the conference, school fees can also be refunded according to the deadlines provided for individual delegate fees.

Position Assignment Policy

Schools will not receive their position assignments until we have received conference fees or we have confirmation that a school funding board has approved a request for payment.

Hotel Information

Delegations are strongly encouraged to lodge at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, where the conference will be held. NCSC XXXVIII has secured special rates for conference attendees. Further booking information will be provided upon registration or can be viewed on the "Accommodations" page under the "Conference" label to the left side of our website.
