Arfiya Eri
Chief of Staff
Arfiya Eri is a Junior in the Walsh School of Foreign Service, pursuing a major in International Politics and a certificate in International Development. Born in Japan and raised in various cities of Japan and China despite her Central Asian origins, Arfiya has a strong passion for international relations and promotion of cultural understanding amongst ethnically conflicted regions of the world. When she finds free time between her committments to NCSC, Central Asian Students Association, International Students Association and being an RA, she enjoys reading, dancing, and chattering away with friends on Georgetown's Healy Lawn on a gorgeous day. She has been hooked to Model UN since her first high school conference in Beijing six years ago, and is ecstatic for another exciting experience at NCSC XXXVI.

Boris Zikratov
USG: Committee Operations
My name is Boris Zikratov, and I am in the class of 2010 in the School of Foreign Service. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, I have lived in the United States for the past 15 years – most of that time in the Washington, DC area. My model United Nations experience only began during my freshman year of college, but I have become quite active both on our competitive team and by staffing our own conferences. NCSC XXXVI will be a unique experience for me, since I will be responsible for logistical aspects of committee operations – a task that entails a large amount of responsibility, where I hope my contributions will make this upcoming NCSC one of the best run security conferences.

Michael McGrath
USG: Assemblies and Regionals
Michael is currently a sophomore in the School of Nursing and Health Studies pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management and Policy, as well as a certificate in International Health. He originally hails from Cape Cod, Massachusetts and is a life-long diehard Boston Red Sox fan. Michael has been involved with Model UN since he was in the eighth grade, including multiple conferences on the college level, however this will be his first experience with NCSC while at Georgetown. As a six year MUN veteran, Michael gets abnormally excited at the prospect of East African Federalism and third-world health sector reform. He is eager to help make this the best NCSC in the history of the conference!
