Assemblies and Summits

The Assemblies and Summits organ has established itself, not only as a staple of NCSC, but as a unique pillar on the college Model United Nations circuit. Unlike other larger committees, each Assembly or Summit is handcrafted around specifically the most pertinent security issues of the day. From coping with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the 1540 Committee to discovering the key to ending the dangerous drug trade in the Mexican Senate of the Republic, this year’s committees promise to challenge delegates with size and content. Our incredibly skilled staff is ready to provide you with an elite conference experience in NCSC XLV’s largest organ.

NOTE: There are no crisis elements in these committees. These will be run with standard general assembly parliamentary procedure unless noted otherwise in the Background Guide.

For any questions, concerns, or suggestions, feel free to contact the Undersecretary General of Assemblies and Summits, Bilva Chandra, at b.chandra@modelun.org. Can’t wait to see you in October!
