The Leavey Center Marriott is the official hotel of NCSC XXXVI. The hotel is located directly on the campus of Georgetown University and is the most convenient for the conference, since the majority of committee sessions will occur in the conference space at this hotel. We strongly encourage you to book your rooms at the Leavey Center Marriott as quickly as possible since the hotel is smaller than hotels in which the conference has been held in the past, and the conference is taking place over Georgetown's Homecoming weekend, during which a number of Georgetown alumni will be coming to campus, a number of whom intend to stay at the hotel.

NCSC has secured a group rate at the hotel of $159/night for October 9th-12th. This is lower than any other hotel in the vicinity because of both Georgetown Homecoming and a series of IMF meetings to be held this same weekend.

If your school is planning to book 3 rooms or fewer, you may reserve online at the hotel's website, which is http://www.marriott.com/wasgu. To obtain the discounted rate, enter the group code given in the email you received upon registration in the box entitled "Group Code." If you no longer have this code, please email us at ncsc(at)modelun.org and we will happily provide it for you.

In order to book 4 rooms or more, you must reserve by telephone. The Marriott Reservation number is 1(800) 228-9290. Please let them know that you are with NCSC when you call and be sure to provide the group code.
