JCC United States Presidential Election with George W. Bush, 2000
Chair: Christopher Stein
Coordinated CM: Jack Korologos
CM: Alex White
As the scandal-ridden Clinton administration comes to an end, the new millennium dawns. We are on the cusp of a new age for America, but we are being dragged down by immorality at the very summit of our country’s government. As members of the Bush campaign, we must all work together to wipe the slate clean, put a moral man in the White House, and return America to the path of righteousness.
Our committee begins on March 14, 2000, and will take us through the Presidential election in November. The committee will challenge delegates to combine good policy with good optics and strategy in an effort to secure the presidency. Vice President Gore commands a formidable political machine as the Clintons’ heir apparent, and at the Bush campaign we have our work cut out for us. In-room committee will focus on the top-level strategy and functions of a presidential campaign, while delegates may include other storylines in out-of-room crisis arcs.
